Shipping and payment

We ship your order within 3 working days. We use this time to ensure that your new guitar, new amplifier or other product leaves our shop in the best possible condition. As soon as the order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. From dispatch, the delivery time in Germany is usually 1-3 working days. We ship with DHL & GLS. We only carry high-quality instruments in our shop. Should there still be a problem, we will do our best to find a solution. Payment can be processed via PayPal, advance payment or credit card. From 100€ we ship free of charge within Germany. Except E-Pianos. The shipping costs are 150€ because of the size and weight.

Warranty

If you buy a new product from us, you will receive the statutory warranty of 2 years. Many manufacturers also offer warranty extensions if you register your purchased product. Cosmetic damage occurring after receipt of the goods is not covered by the warranty. Likewise, damage caused by your own fault is not covered. The warranty only applies if the defect is caused by the manufacturer.

Returning your online order

We want you to be satisfied with your online order from us. Please let us know if anything is wrong with the product. We do our best to make you a satisfied customer.


You have 14 days after receipt of the goods to return your order. Please note that the order must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. If you want to return a product, you can send us an email. Please always state your order and invoice number.


Shipping must be organized by the buyer. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the buyer. We recommend insured shipping.


All products must be returned in the original box with any accessories supplied. For instruments that have a protective film on delivery, this must not have been removed, otherwise the refund may be reduced.


After we have received your shipment, we will check it. If everything is in order, we will refund the price paid. If you have paid by PayPal or credit card, we will retain the fees for this payment method (PayPal 4%, credit card 1.5%). If there are defects in the returned goods, we reserve the right to reduce the price of the refund. Therefore, please handle the instruments with care as long as they are in your possession.

Products that have been specially ordered or built for you are excluded from this right of return. In this case, we will do our best to find a suitable solution for all parties. A reimbursement of the costs is not guaranteed in this case.


This right of return does not apply to products purchased in our shop in Bad Homburg. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make you a satisfied customer. However, returns and refunds are not guaranteed when purchased from our store and are at our discretion.
