The multi-award-winning Anthem series, with our patented TRU•MIC technology, seamlessly combines the specially developed condenser microphone with the successful Element Piezo pickup. So you get the warmth and depth of a guitar miked in the studio on the go.

TRU•MIC TECHNOLOGY

At the heart of the Anthem is a revolutionary new type of microphone. Utilizing a proprietary low-noise microphone, the Anthem Tru-Mic eliminates all of the annoying "hooting" and "hollow, muffled" sounds previously associated with internal mic pickups, while still maintaining your guitar's natural tone only a real microphone can transmit.

Because the mic is positioned just a few millimeters from the top of the guitar, it has a very high output level before feedback occurs.

The microphone housing is very easy to attach under the bridge and the microphone capsule floats just 3mm below the surface to take advantage of the PZM "boundary" effect.

The TRU•MIC technology picks up the sound of the vibration of the entire guitar head and thus delivers a perfect sound, regardless of the exact placement of the microphone that is usually necessary.

MIC AND PICKUP - A BRAND NEW TECHNOLOGY

The sound quality and feedback resistance of the Anthem Tru-Mic now allows a microphone to be the primary sound source in a microphone/pickup system for the first time. This distinguishes the Anthem system from all previous systems, where only a small part of the microphone sound was used to make the sound a little "airier" and to freshen up the very incisive pickup sound. So it's a whole new relationship between mic and pickup because now all the detail, warmth and character of the guitar is captured by the Tru-Mic. The Element pickup supports the microphone only at the lowest frequencies.

For player who prefer a more minimalistic control option, there is the Anthem SL.The mix ratio between the Tru-Mic and the Element is already preset here for optimal performance, so you get the same fidelity in the endpin preamp format. The preamp, of course also in the usual discreet studio quality, includes a volume control placed in the sound hole.
